1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

After dispatch, most domestic orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

From time to time, MN GOLD & GEM may offer free-shipping promotions or free shipping above a specified order value.

Any applicable promotion will be clearly communicated on the website.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable phone number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer's absence, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed or is not delivered within a reasonable period, please contact us with your order number.

We will coordinate with the relevant delivery/fulfilment partner to investigate the shipment.

7. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

We currently aim to deliver across serviceable locations in India.

Certain remote locations, restricted areas, or locations outside courier coverage may have additional delivery limitations.
